Although lil' Wayne and Birdman are running away from the Law they actually never get caught. This could symbolize that they are higher than the Law and are powerful enough to get away from them.
The use of Numerous vehicles also shows the wealth that these two men have as they change vehicles during the high speed chase from two motorcycles to a car.
